We provide quality childcare in a safe and healthy Christian learning environment.
The mission of the Ball Camp Baptist Parents’ Day Out & Preschool is to provide quality childcare in a safe and healthy Christian learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and spiritual development.
Through the use of a developmentally appropriate curriculum, we strive to create learning experiences that will be meaningful to all students, fostering mental and physical development.

Our Goals
1. Teach children about God’s love for us.
2. Provide an environment that is fun, caring, and respectful.
3. Provide developmentally appropriate activities.
4. Provide many real-life experiences from which the children can learn.
5. Allow children to do things for themselves.
6. Know students and their individual needs and base classroom instruction on those needs.
Schedule & Fees
We are a Tuesday & Thursday program that operates from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
We currently have 14 teachers and 7 thriving classes of kiddos ages 6 months to Pre-K.
There is a one time, non-refundable Registration Fee of $180.00 plus 3 1/2% processing fee. This covers all snacks, craft/art supplies, and cleaning supplies that our teachers use throughout the school year

Calendar
This Church receives the Bible as the Word of God and its authority in matters of faith and practice.
Our program’s calendar is constantly being filled with special events usually around holidays.
Feel free to ask about events/fun activities we may have planned in the future! Parents receive monthly newsletters with all activities and information.
Our program follows Knox County School Systems calendar. This includes all holidays, breaks and closing and/or delays. Our program operates August thru May.

We look forward to meeting you and helping your family begin your Ball Camp PDO & Pre-K journey. Spots fill quickly, so families are encouraged to arrive early.
What to Bring
Please bring the following items with you to registration:

Copy of your child’s birth certificate

Copy of your child’s current immunization record
Immunization Policy:
Children must be up-to-date on required childhood immunizations to attend (flu and COVID vaccines are not required). Religious exemptions are not accepted.
Tuition Information for 2026- 2027

Monthly payment: $220

We are prayerfully looking forward to a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, friendships, and growing in God’s love together. It is truly a joy to partner with families during these precious early years.
Tuition for 2026- 2027
The cost of the program is $2,200.00 a year which we divide into 10 monthly payments.
Tuition is due the first school day of each month. We do offer a 7-day grace period. Any tuition paid after the 7th day will result in a $25.00 late fee added to your account.
We do offer a sibling discount of $15.00 per child, per month.
