Rev. Lee Fox

Senior Minister

Rev. Lee Fox is a native of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He began his ministry as pastor of Ball Camp Baptist Church in October 2015. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman University with a B.A. in Religion and a B.A. in History and also a graduate of George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University with an M.Div in Theology. 

Lee has pastored churches in Tennesee and Texas and was most recently the Director of Support Ministries at The First Baptist Church of the City of Washington, D.C.

Lee and his wife Robin enjoy reading, hiking, camping, travel, and music.

Amy Kluemper

PDO Director

Amy  has been involved with Early Childhood Education for over 20 years and has been with BCBC PDO since 2010 when her youngest daughter started as a student here.  She has been the PDO Director since November of 2022.  Her heart is to grow the program and point students and families to Jesus.

Amy is married to Nathan and has 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and one grandson.  She loves movies, books, and spending time with her family.

 

Rosemary Murphy

Ministry Assistant

Rosemary started attending Ball Camp Baptist Church in 2020 during COVID.  She is a retired RN with a background in healthcare administration.  She started as Ministry Assistant in October of 2022.

She and her husband Jim are active members of the church and sing in the adult choir.  They enjoy their 3 grandchildren and travel.  Rosemary loves books and animals.

 

Thea Carter

Pianist

Thea joined Ball Camp Baptist Church in 1998 and has been church pianist since 2002. Over the years she has enjoyed playing for Ball Camp’s wonderful choir, many talented soloists and various groups.

Thea is married to Rusty and they have two children, Jake and Zak. In her spare time, she loves watching sports, reading Sci-Fi, and being outdoors. She is a staff accountant at LBMC, P.C.

Rev. Tina Collins

Minister of Music

Tina came to Ball Camp in February of 2009. During that time she has served as organist and was Interim Pastor of Worship for 15 months. A graduate of Carson-Newman College with a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music and Vocal Performance, she is an ordained minister and has served in several churches as Minister of Music during her career.

Tina enjoys singing locally with the Knoxville Choral Society and Knoxville Chamber Chorale. Tina has two children and three beautiful grandchildren. Her son, Jay, lives in Knoxville with his wife, Ashley and 3 children. Her daughter, Emily, is also an ordained minister, serving as Associate Pastor to Children and Families at a church in Virginia. 

Julie Strevel

Church Hostess

Julie and her family joined Ball Camp Baptist Church in 2016. She has spent many years working with all ages of children in the classroom and in summer camps. Julie loves to cook and you will always find her in the church kitchen preparing for Wednesday night meals.

In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family, watching her twin girls in sports, and taking road trips/camping.
