Rev. Lee Fox

Senior Pastor

Senior Pastor, Lee Fox, is a native of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He began his ministry at Ball Camp Baptist Church in October of 2015. Pastor Lee is a graduate of Carson-Newman College with a B.A. in Religion and a B.A. in History and is a graduate of George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University with an MDiv in Theology.

Pastor Lee is married to, Robin, who is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Accounting and is also a graduate of George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University with an MDiv in Theology. Robin is a Certified Public Accountant and works with the U.S. Department of Energy. Pastor Lee and Robin have one son, Justin, and a daughter-in-law, Carrie Ann who live in the Pigeon Forge area.

In their spare time they enjoy reading, hiking, travel, music and being
somewhere/anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Rev. Kyle Hodge

Associate Pastor for Families

Rev. Kyle Hodge was born in Abilene, Texas and then moved all over the country since he is a military brat. He began his ministry as Associate Pastor for Families of Ball Camp Baptist Church in March 2024. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Kinesiology as well as a graduate of George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor with an M. Div. in Theology.

Kyle enjoys playing disc golf, golf, video games, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Hannah, and dog, Poe.

Rev. Tina Collins

Minister of Music

Tina came to Ball Camp in February of 2009. During that time she has served as organist and was Interim Pastor of Worship for 15 months. A graduate of Carson-Newman College with a Bachelor of Music degree in Church Music and Vocal Performance, she is an ordained minister and has served in several churches as Minister of Music during her career.

Tina enjoys singing locally with the Knoxville Choral Society and Knoxville Chamber Chorale. Tina has two children and three beautiful grandchildren. Her son, Jay, lives in Knoxville with his wife, Ashley and 3 children. Her daughter, Emily, is also an ordained minister, serving as Associate Pastor to Children and Families at a church in Virginia.

Amy Kluemper

PDO Director

Amy Kluemper  has been involved with Early Childhood Education for over 20 years and has been with BCBC PDO since 2010 when her youngest daughter started as a student here.  She has been the PDO Director since November of 2022.  Her heart is to grow the program and point students and families to Jesus.

Amy is married to Nathan and has 3 daughters, 2 sons-in-law and one grandson.  She loves movies, books, and spending time with her family.

Rosemary Murphy

Ministry Assistant

Rosemary Murphy started attending Ball Camp Baptist Church in 2020 during COVID.  She is a retired RN with a background in healthcare administration.  Rosemary joined the staff at Ball Camp Baptist as Ministry Assistant in October of 2022.

Rosemary is married to Jim who is retired from a career in human resources. They are both active members of the church and sing in the adult choir.  They enjoy their 3 grandchildren and travel.  Rosemary loves reading and animals.

Thea Carter

Pianist

Thea joined Ball Camp Baptist Church in 1998 and has been church pianist since 2002. Over the years she has enjoyed playing for Ball Camp’s wonderful choir, many talented soloists and various groups.

Thea is married to Rusty and they have two children, Jake and Zak. In her spare time, she loves watching sports, reading Sci-Fi, and being outdoors. She is a staff accountant at LBMC, P.C.

Jacob Farler

Refuge Worship Leader

Jacob Farler serves as the Worship leader for our Refuge service. He has been involved with children, youth, worship and administration in several churches for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Tennessee Technology University with a BS in Finance. He worked for government contractors in Accounting/IT for over 20 years and now works from home for a Houston-based government contractor supporting their accounting system in a hybrid accounting/IT role.

Jacob and his wife, Holly, have served at multiple churches since they were married in 2000 in a range of areas:  Youth, Children, Worship, Church administration, and leadership. Holly is the Children’s Director at Ball Camp Baptist Church and she also is a Parent’s Day Out teacher. They have 3 children, Ryan, Bekkah, and Lilly Jane.

Julie Strevel

Church Hostess

Julie and her family joined Ball Camp Baptist Church in 2016. She has spent many years working with all ages of children in the classroom and in summer camps. Julie loves to cook and you will always find her in the church kitchen preparing for Wednesday night meals.

In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with family, watching her twin girls in sports, and taking road trips/camping.

Holly Farler

Children’s Ministry

Holly has been at Ball Camp Baptist Church since December of 2017 when she began working in the Parent’s Day Out Program. She and her husband, Jacob, began attending church at Ball Camp in November 2019 and joined a couple years later. Holly has been involved in children’s ministry for 25 years and became the Director of Ball Camp Baptist Church Children’s Ministry in 2023. She loves working with children and seeing them grow in their relationships with God.

Holly has been married to Jacob for over 20 years and has 3 children – Ryan, Bekkah, and Lilly Jane.

Bill Evans

Media Director

Bill Evans is a native of Ripley, Tennessee. He attended The University of Tennessee at Martin, majoring in Mass Communications. Bill spent more than 40 years working in local television production and promotion in several cities in Tennessee and Alabama. From 1997-2012, he was employed by WATE, serving first as Marketing Director, then as Community Relations Director. He then joined Legal Aid of East Tennessee, serving as Resource Development Director until his retirement in 2018.

Since 1987, Bill has been involved in church media, serving in various churches as broadcast director, audio operator, and media producer/director. Bill and his wife Vicki have been members of Ball Camp since 2016. They have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren.
