Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application

Ball Camp Baptist Church 2nd Annual Holiday Bazaar to support Children and Youth Ministries.
Saturday, November 17th from 9:00am to 3:00pm
Set up will be Saturday 7:30am- 8:45am. Vendors should be ready to take sales at 9:00am. We ask that vendors do not begin tear down until 2:30 on Saturday.
Vendors will be responsible for their own tables, chairs, extension cords and other displays needed.
All money and tax is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

In order to make this event a success we will review applications to provide a variety of vendors and reduce repetitive crafts. Payment and instructions will be due upon application approval. Approvals and additional information will be sent via email.
