This Sunday (September 27, 2020) we will have an in-person service!
We have contracted with All Occasions Rentals to erect a large tent in the back parking lot of the church. We will leave the tent in place for at least the next four weeks and use the space for worship on Sunday mornings. Here are the guidelines as we prepare to come together this Sunday. We ask for your cooperation in helping us provide the safest environment possible as we worship together!
  • Worship service will begin at 10:00 AM.
  • The church building will be closed except for the hallway bathrooms.
  • If you are able to walk to the tent, please park in the large parking lot adjacent to the Fellowship Hall. We want to leave the parking spots on the cemetery side of the church for handicap parking and for those who cannot walk long distances.
  • A mask must be worn at all times. Due to the continued rise in COVID-19 cases in Knox County, wearing a mask on our church grounds is mandatory. Please put your mask on when you exit your vehicle and leave it on until you enter your vehicle to exit the church property. Pastor Lee will preach with his mask on and everyone participating in worship is required to wear a mask while speaking, reading and/or singing.
  • Please bring your Bible with you to worship.
  • We will provide a box to give your tithes and offering.
  • Please bring your own chairs. We will have folding chairs available if needed.
  • Please sit only with those in your immediate household.
  • We will have the no-touch hand sanitizer stations in place and we ask that you please use them as often as necessary.
  • Please stay home and watch online if you are running a fever or feel sick.
  • Please stay home and watch online if you have been exposed to someone who is symptomatic or has COVID-19.
  • Bathrooms in the hallway outside the church offices will be open. Please, no more than one person in the bathroom at a time.
  • Please maintain a distance of six feet from each other at all times.
  • We hope to provide a live-stream for those choosing to stay home and continue to worship with us virtually. We will also record the service and email it to everyone as soon as possible the following week.
The staff of Ball Camp Baptist Church along with many dedicated members and leadership teams have given this worship endeavor much prayer and we feel this is our best option at this time. We are looking forward to being back together this Sunday and we hope you are as well! If you have any questions, please email office@ballcamp.org and we will do our best to answer them.
